The results for the 15th-annual Travel + Leisure reader survey of the worlds tip hotels have been in. With 69 of the Top 100 hotels located outside of the U.S. as well as Canada, the spirit of exploration prevailed, says T+Ls editor in chief, Nancy Novogrod.
