Camille Lesecq, Pastry Chef at Le Meurice in Paris, Awarded Best Pastry Chef
Hats off to Camille Lesecq for winning the pretension of Best Pastry Chef of the Year, bestowed by the French repository Le Chef. The Pastry Chef for Le Meurice the Parisian palace road house confronting the Jardin des Tuileries Lesecq was mentored by the distinguished chef Christophe Felder (who gay sweet tooths during Hotel de Crillon for 15 years). Lesecq right away manages the team of fourteen in the kitchen during Le Meurice. While in Paris, fritter fans wont wish to miss his scrumptious desserts.
