The luxury hotel nabbed two top 2010 Hotel Excellence Awards for Best Overall Hotel Experience (for a hotel with less than 500 rooms) and Best Concierge Service in an annual black tie event that recognizes the best of New Yorks hospitality industry as voted by the readers of IN New York.
