That said, although rain can easily ruin an otherwise idyllic escape, it can also offer a unique opportunity for the perfect picture. Stormy skies at sunrise or sunset can be pure magic, while during the day they shroud a city in dark mystery, with dramatic views at every turn. The photo opps even in the worst of weather, are endless.
