Special feature: Siam Park, Costa Adeje, Tenerife

Siam ParkSiam Park is Tenerifes latest attraction. From the same people behind the highly successful Loro Parque upon the north of the island, it is the fantastic waterpark which was non-stop in September 2008 as well as which can be found upon the south of the island, only outward Costa Adeje. Siam Park has the vast artifical beach with the biggest artifical waves in the world, as well as rides for all young as well as old alike, making it befitting for families as well as friends with any age young kids in tow.

Siam ParkAfter the discerning debate of the resort which enabled us to get our orientation as well as to get some clarity of scale of the place (its big!), we sorted outselves out with the locker as well as proposed off with the relatively tame though relaxing Mai Thai River float where we drifted along the river in inflatables, intricacy past watercourse as well as waterfalls prior to receiving the tunnel underneath an aquarium as well as admiring the fish (most notably, sharks!) above.

Siam ParkNext up was The Lost City the outrageous strike with the small ones who dont reach the tallness requirements for some of the parks rides or who are simply as well frightened by some of them. There is loads for them to enjoy here, be it squirting passers-by with H2O guns, exploring the intricacy of bridges as well as nets, tipping buckets of H2O upon people, starting down the numerous slides or bracing themselves for the periodic deluge from an huge bucket of H2O from above (pictured).

One of the prime rides for visitors to Siam Park is The Dragon where the rapid raft of the group of four shoots down the blood vessel as well as is propelled high up prior to spinning around the cone, by the resounding dragon. And if which doesnt spin we enough, The Giant guarantees an anticlockwise spinning dash prior to racing down from the starting point, the conduct of the giant. Plus theres the Jungle Snakes, the series of rambling slides, each slightly different.

But perhaps the prominence is the Tower of Power. People which dauntless it slip piece for one person down an almost 90-degree trench with the 28-metre dump in around only 4 seconds. Oh, as well as only in case which alone doesnt sound extreme enough, we additionally whizz through the shark-infested pool when we get to the bottom though dont worry, which bit isnt utterly as thespian as it might sound as youre encased in the blood vessel so they cant get you.

Siam Park

I was in dual minds about this one though our dual boys longed for to see Daddy do it so we didnt see chickening out as an option. we climbed the stairs to the top; as it turned out, after in the day seemed to be the good time to do the ride, as the reserve had dissipated. Only the few people stood prior to me, covered conduct to toe in tattoos as well as nonetheless cowering during the awaiting of starting upon the float this did not bode well! Thankfully, we didnt have as well long to dwell upon which suspicion and, prior to we knew it, it was my turn. And what an experience it was! we cant claim to have seen the sharks as we whooshed through everything was the bit of the blur!!!

I leave we with some video footage of the! Tower o f Power as well as other rides during Siam Park so we can get some-more of the clarity of how most this good captivate has to offer.

My interjection go to Tenerife Tourism Corporation for their benefit with the visit.
